Proposing amendment to Oregon Constitution relating to dueling.

Abstract

Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to repeal existing provision of Constitution that makes persons ineligible to hold any office of trust if they give or accept challenge to fight duel, or if they knowingly carry such challenge to another. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
